    Good refresher piece on getting healthy But really no new information. The author is basically telling us to focus on good health and why we want to be healthy instead of dieting. Some grammar and writing errors weigh the text for down in places.

    Maybe some good points but they were all lost because I was distracted by the poor grammar. It could also have some more depth.
