Can you really lose weight with hypnosis? The answer is – “probably”. It would be foolish to say that everyone can lose weight with hypnosis, as everyone is different, and while some people respond extremely well to hypnosis, others appear to be less affected.
I have found that, oddly perhaps, and contrary to my thoughts before I knew much about hypnosis, the best subjects are often highly intelligent and strongly motivated people with powerful minds and strong personalities. One needs to be able to focus on what is being said– and having a good imagination is always a great help. If you are determined to lose weight then you probably can lose weight with hypnosis.
Losing weight is simply a matter of eating the correct amount of the correct foods, and doing sufficient exercise, so that calorie intake is less than calorie burn up in our bodies – but it should be done in healthy way.
Hypnosis protects you from trying to do harmful things to your body. It puts you in touch with the deeper levels of your mind – and their job is to protect you. Therefore, if you try to eat in an unhealthy way hypnosis will not help you to continue. If you try to lose weight in a healthy way for your body, then hypnosis will get the sub conscious part of your mind on your side – and that can be a powerful force to help you.
So if you have decided upon a healthy eating plan, you will find it is much easier to lose weight with hypnosis than without it.
