    Really useful techniques I borrowed this this book for my kindle via prime and was really impressed with its content. One technique in particular was very effective for me. It is basically imagining a calming scene and feeling relaxed and a scenario that you are feeling anxious about. The technique has you switch between the scenes and you can feel all of the anxiety dissipate when you return to the relaxing scene. It really seems to help desensitize the anxiety-provoking scenario. I used this technique to help with “white coat hypertension” helping me to drop my systolic number by approximately 10 and diastolic by 3.

    Mind altering subject It is said that our mind is the cause of most of our problems and so if we have to make positive changes in our life then we have to change our mindset. This can be done by using various techniques. Hypnosis or self-hypnosis is one of them. Michael Hadfield’s book is very informative about this interesting subject.Treatment of problems like agoraphobia, stress, depression, weight-loss, money, loss of confidence and other problematic subjects are dealt lucidly in this book.I am not sure whether self-hypnosis will work for everyone. However, I am intrigued by this book!
