Give it time and it will work I have been listening to this on my Kindle along with the weight loss one on repeat for the last two weeks – and I am making small changes that I wouldn’t even consider before. I am tracking what I eat and wearing a pedometer. I am happy with slow manageable changes and it seems to be working, but it took a couple of weeks before it “kicked in”. I actually woke up and did yoga (something I used to go all the time and enjoyed, but did it for mental relaxation), this morning.
I dont know if it has actually helped me to like exercise any more, but it definitely helps me fall asleep and wake rested on nights I have difficulty sleeping.
