That we could live a better life, earn more money, be happier than ever, have looks that could kill….. these are perhaps what each one of us wishes in the secret depths of our minds.

What misses our conscious eye is that the force which drives all success in life is to be found only in our own brainpower, our minds mighty are capable of all we can imagine. Sadly, we too often fail to realize that our mind holds the key to unlocking all roadblocks to our personal success. Hypnosis can help you access your deeper power and unlock your potential! Comprehensive and interesting book! This is a very comprehensive review of hypnosis. It actually told me more than I needed to know as I was interested in it from the perspective of someone considering hypnosis for weight loss. But it was REALLY informative and now I understand exactly what to expect when I do go for my hypnosis session. I recommend this book to anyone who is curious about hypnosis or considering undergoing hypnosis.

How To Hypnotize Someone Crispian’s book “How To Hypnotize Someone” is indeed a great read to everyone! It explains very accurately “What” hypnosis is and “How” it is done, therefore creating a good starting point for someone to either indulge in that subject further by gaining more knowledge or have found a brilliant tool to remove personal obstacles. I really enjoyed Crispian’s introduction to this matter and am definitely considering hypnosis, particularly when the Ericksonian method is used to become the best version of myself.

Uncomplicated and Informative Reading This book “How to hypnotise someone” is an easy, informative read and well describes and demythologizes the often misunderstood art of hypnosis. Crispian has provided a concise history of hypnosis. It gives some great content around Ericksonian hypnosis and compares and contrasts that approach with what is known as direct suggestion hypnosis. The “how” to hypnotize people is explained in a simple uncomplicated way. As an introduction to hypnosis it is really useful and I enjoyed the read”.Andrew
