This book is based on the old classic “practical guide to self-hypnosis” by Melvin Powers. This classic gem was written in the early 1960′s and as the field of self hypnosis has not changed much since, it’s still relevant today, and maybe even more them ever.

This title contain forward, chapter summaries, conclusion and additional pictures to make it more of an “up-to-date” book.

I’m new to Hypnotism and wanted to learn all about it before trying it. I enjoyed reading this book as it had alot of interesting points that I previously knew nothing about. I would recommend this book to others.

I don’t know much about hypnosis, and I learned so much about it from this book. It is interesting to know that over 90% of people are hypnotized. The author updated the original book by adding the summaries at the end of each chapter and I like them.
