Had Me Hooked From the Start! Before I happened across this book, I hadn’t really given much thought to self-hypnosis, believing myself to be a well-adjusted adult who wasn’t in need of such things. But from the first page, I was intrigued and just had to find out more. The clear explanations and instructions given make it quite a page turner, for a non-fiction book, and I was amazed at the range of situations that the ‘System’ could be used for.The ease with which the scripts can be obtained, from the author’s website directly on to a phone, tablet or PC, make it easy to get started at each stage. I also like the format of the book, with the practical know-how coming first and the more detailed history and explanations of hypnosis and its uses coming later on.The book is very well-written without any of those jarring typos and grammar glitches that so spoil the reading experience of any book and is one that I will be dipping in and out of for some time to come.Well done Rick!
