I’m a doctor of clinical hypnotherapy and expected something great from this book. There are some good points in it, but nothing new under the sun.

I personally have a family member who has taken “lessons” from the author of this book. It should be known to all that Dr. Neill’s Ph.D. is in Food and Nutrition, nothing related to psychology or hypnosis. She took a 90 day course in hypnosis, just like the course she offers her “students.” After reading the book, I found many statements by Dr. Neill that do not correlate with even the most basic of General Psychology courses, as my major is in Psychology. Her ideas are vague and ambiguous.
