Intro for Beginners This book was fascinating. We have all heard that the majority of communication is non-verbal, but outside of a few basics, I did not know how to interpret most non-verbal communication. Sanjay breaks down a wide variety of factors, such as dress, body language, word choice and personal habits and explains what these could all be saying about someone.Sanjay’s writing style is clear, concise and familiar with some self depreciating humor to make you feel more comfortable with him as he goes about to describe this topic. It was so packed with information that I feel I will need to review it again to really grasp everything that was expressed and will do so gladly. No, this will not turn you into Sherlock Holmes with the ability to instantly deduce the life story of anyone who walks into the same room as you, but it does make one aware of the messages that they and you are emitting. Some of Sanjay’s interpretations could be colored from his own personal experience and therefore conclusions he draws are based upon probable causes and messages.

Unless you are completely and utterly new to the topic, you likely won’t get much of anything useful from this book.
