    Really helps obtain deep sleep I am really glad that I purchased this product. I listen to this before I go to bed at night, and it really helps me obtain a good deep sleep. If I don’t need to get up the next day, and I DON’T listen to this before I go to bed, I usually wake up after about 9 – 9.5 hours. When I don’t need to get up the next day, and I DO listen to this before I go to bed, I wake up almost exactly 8 hours later. And I actually feel like getting up. Don’t feel the need for a caffeine boost to wake me up. I think this recording is 15-20 minutes or so, but it is time well spent. My husband ususally comes to bed half an hour after I do. Since I have been listening to this recording before going to bed, I don’t even notice that he comes to bed. He said I’m pretty much “out cold”. I have trouble leaving my thoughts behind before I go to bed at night. Someone told me once this is called “monkey mind”. Anyway, when I use this recording before I go to sleep, it must calm the monkey mind because I wake up in less time, much more refreshed, and motivated to start a new day.

    I purchase a variety of the Guided meditation files. This one is worth it. Even if you aren’t tired, if won’t take long.

    I have a difficult time sleeping sometimes, more often than not really. Not so much going to sleep, but sometimes my brain just won’t turn off & I have trouble getting comfortable – this really helps. I downloaded it to my cell phone & play it on the nights I’m having difficulties – and I’ve yet to hear the end of it.
