How To Feel Confident This book has given me a new perspective on anxiety and confidence. I’ve learnt how to improve my confidence and in doing so I’ve reduced my anxiety. I’ve also seen improvements in many other areas of my life (work, dating, family).I’ve read a lot of books on personal growth before. The Happiness Project, The Four Agreements, The Secret and A New Earth…among others! What I like about this book is the practical advice and ready-to-use tools. The author is trained in Psychology and NLP and gives you specific exercises you can implement right away to change how you think about yourself.Do the exercises and your confidence improves. When your confidence improves so does your life.As a bonus the first part of the book explains some very interesting psychological concepts and gave me new insights about myself and those I’m close to. I’ve already bought this as a gift for a few friends.

This book did give me a better perspective but I just couldn’t get into it. It felt outdated and just not enough there to make me want to keep going I put it down after the first couple chapters.
