    Clear and practical self hypnosis book. So rare! I love Bruce Goldberg’s work!This book is written in everyday language. No hype. No long winded anecdotes. Just great and accurate information about self-hypnosis.His scripts are simple and brilliant and most of all–useful! Some powerful imagery and original ideas, as well.The book really does live up to its name. It is easy and with a little bit of memorization or recording of the scripts, I found myself slipping into trance and getting results.I’m also a fan of his Astral Voyages book. This is a guy who obviously loves altered states and recognizes their eclectic value.Even though I have MANY hypnosis books in my library, some written in a scholarly way, Bruce Goldberg’s book is one I actually take out and use again and again.Highly recommended for beginners and advanced students of self-hypnosis.

    Incredibley usefull This book has the same information that I paid a lot of money for in private instruction. The CD is excellant and this is all I am going to work with in this field of study going forward.
