Consider the different ways that you might state the actions you are going to carry out in terms of who might be saying them. Say a few in third person such as “Look at ( subjects name ) as she steps out of the car on her way to the gym to work out.” Then elaborate and switch it up by also adding some statements in the first person such as “I am going to the gym to work out” or ” I see myself there in the gym warning up with some stretches I notice I look stronger” then switch it up again, I see (subjects name) going over to get the water at the fountain in the gym. I feel refreshed whenever I do this when I am working out.” By adding these elements you will increase your motivations and momentum and get results quicker.
